Choose Number of Panels
Risers - Count how many risers are in your set of stairs. If you are
ordering the same pattern for every stair, use that number to order. If you are
creating a unique design layout, such as alternating dramatic and subtle patterns
or applying 1 dramatic and then 2 subtle patterns, then calculate the number of
risers you will need per pattern, starting at the bottom stair.
Trim Panels - Determine the length of each wall or space to cover.
Determine the overall length requirement. Divide overall requirement, so to
determine which is best size to order in a multiple quantity or order individual
quantities per length, as determined by each wall or space. Please consider
seams upon determining length to order.
Choose if you'd like Highlight Inserts
Highlight Inserts are inserts that go between your existing stair riser and the
Decorative Stair Riser. The Highlight Insert can be used "as is" in white to
cover badly damaged stair risers or painted to add different accent colors
without having to permanently paint the accent color on your stairs. The
Highlight Inserts measure 6 ½" X 36" and will fully cover our standard pattern
size of 5 ¼" X 30". For longer panels, 2 Highlight Inserts can be used to cover
the larger pattern sizes.
Choose a Finishing Option
Choose to DIY or we can do it for you.
All risers come unfinished to allow you to apply the finish of your choice. Or,
you can choose "Finished" and we will do the work for you.
If you choose the "Finished" option, please fill in the brand name of your
finish (i.e. Minwax, Behr), the color name provided by the stain manufacturer,
such as "Golden Oak" and the color number or product code (i.e. 61803).
If you choose "Custom Finish", we know that you will be sending us a custom color
sample for us to match. Please note delivery will be applied in relation to when
we receive your sample. Please contact us at 859-426-9400 to send us custom color.
Once you've completed the order form, press "add to shopping cart"
2. Check Out
Review your order.
Select "Check Out" to continue processing your order as is.
Select "Continue Shopping" to order a new pattern or size.
Select "Edit Item" to modify the details of the item in your order.
Select "Delete Item" to delete an item from your order.
3. Complete the Shipping and Billing Information
After you complete your order form, enter the shipping and billing information.
You will need the following to complete the transaction:
- Type of Credit Card
- Credit Card Number
- Credit Card Expiration Date
- Credit Card Authorization Number
- Card Holder's Name
The security of your order is of utmost importance to us. All transactions are
sent by SSL protocol to protect your private information.
4. Enter Discount Code
Below your credit card information you will have the opportunity to enter any
discounts code that you may have received from One Step Beyond. The applicable
discount will then be applied to your order total.
Select "Continue".
5. Order Summary
Before your credit card is billed, you will have one more opportunity to review
the order summary including your order details, shipping and billing information
and discounts, as you entered into our Order Form.
Select "Process Order", when you are satisfied with all details in the Order Form.
6. After submitting your order
You will receive an email response indicating that your order has been
processed.
Select "View Order" and then "Print" to receive a copy of your order.
